I am looking for recommendations for a good shop which does ceramic coating and tinting.

I've had a good experience with Werkshop. They moved to a bigger space in Burlingame.

California Detailing in SF https://californiadetailing.com/ took care of my ceramic and PPF, they do tint as well but I had that done separately before going to them. They do a great job but they can be pricey.
