If I recall right the E46 CSL and the F82 GTS had custom door cards.

I was there in 2017 at the invitation of BMW Classic for the unveiling of the Concept 8 Series. That was followed by a style analysis of the car for publication.

If you ever get the chance go to this event because it's amazing. And most people don't know that BMW owns this event and is managed by BMW Classic.

This is a world-class event on lake Como and it's utterly beautiful. Put it on the list guys!!!

So underwhelming. The size and shape of the M4 coupe screams everything but lightweight. That chunky front splitter alone, yeesh.

The more I see it and all the little details in it, I love it.

If I had the money and no kids (or enough money to have a weekend car), I'd definitely be getting one.

It's also grown on me quickly, as it's clearly the G8x car to have and probably the last ICE rear drive BMW of this power profile. The M3 CS will be almost as heavy as the M5 CS and with significantly less power.

We can hope the G87 M2 has a special edition even better, but we just won't know until it happens.

I'm going to lake Como in a few weeks, for a wedding and a cycling holiday.
I've been before and 100% agree it's a fantastic location. I'm sure the CSL in person really stands out in that environment. Would have loved to see it for the first time there.

I was one of the people that wasn't use to the front grill. I guess eventually just like most things it grows on you. Car looks great, just not too fond of all the "M4 CSL" badging… I get it, it's a CSL.
