JBSPEED: 3.5 inch Titanium Tips on Tiag e90!! PICS!!!
These are high quality tips! The muffler guy had no problems installing these. It took about .5 hours to get the job done. The muffler guy told me that these tips were extremely well made and they fit like a charm!!! It got the attention of a couple glass shop workers next door who came over to oogle the car while it was on the rack.. well, heres some pics! THANKS JBSPEED!!!!!!!

I believe the TI tip portion is rivetted on to the stainless pipe so that it can be welded onto the section leading to the muffler. I wonder how much rattling there will be with the TI tip rivetted like that.

-no ther are not screwed on. They are welded on... you dont notice the rivets unless you look derectly into them but over-all the piece looks great and I have gotten quite a few compliments so far
1) The sound does change a little.. the car actually sounds a little throatier from stock.. especially when you punch it 2) There is no rattle whatsoever with the rivets 3) The guy told to give it a few nice revs to get all the metal shavings out of the exhaust from the cut, the sound was def. different! 4) Nice relatively inexpensive mod (from what others are selling them for) to have

the old tip is 2.5''..new tip is 3.5 inches...with cut and weld you are going to see the old tip piping inside the newer, larger tip...
