That's great and all, but I've got Michelins on my M3, and I'll be putting another set on when these wear out.

I doubt you've tried the Sport Contact 7s so perhaps the outcome is correct. The Sport Contact 7s have a 17% increase in service life vs the Sport Contact 6...that's significant on an already good tire.

All my experiences with the Conti 6s, they were so bad for ride quality that there is just no way I'd buy the 7s until I see more and more tests that say it's a big difference.
I just took Conti 6s off my X4MC and put on Michelin All Season 4s, and they blow them away in the DRY! |

I've tried to love Conti and Pirelli over the years but they've never delivered completely, and I'm never disappointed with Michelin.

The Conti SC7 is pretty impressive, but I'll have to wait for others to report how soon they start to howl. The PS4S has plenty of grip and wet traction without getting loud too early, which is a Conti calling card (and the old PSS was the same).

It's about time. I've always wondered why so many people go for Michelin. Every Michelin tire I've owned has been a joke.
Continental has never let me down. And they last a long time. Good to see they are at the top!
