I have a tesla wall charger already installed and am trying to find a solution

I found these products

https://www.amazon.com/Lectron-Charg...2s9dHJ1ZQ&th=1

http://www.umc-j1772.com/index.php?r...product_id=146

They look like they should do the trick, but I've seen some mixed reviews say they work with an i3 and some say they don't. I am REALLY trying to avoid having to rip out my tesla charger and get a new one. I am sure there is someone else in the same boat. Hopefully one of the early owners can test this

I’ve heard pretty good reviews of the Lectron. I haven’t heard anything on the Tesla Tap though. Benefit of AMZ is get it, try it and if it doesn’t work send it back. Then either try something else or just sell the Wall Connector and get the BMW Wallbox or another 3rd-party.

Cheers!

I'm in the same boat. Have a Tesla V2 charger (for when my son visits with his Model 3). I'm expecting/hoping one of the adapters will do the job but am not ordering one until I know when the i4 is coming. Pre ordered in Sept, final spec'd in November, still have no idea of production slot, what year, or even if the car will be delivered.

The Tesla V2 charger was design for up to 80 amps charging (some models had 2 on-board chargers) if connected to a 100A circuit. The 24' cable good for 80 amps is pretty heavy and unwieldy, the downside of using it.
