I have a tesla wall charger already installed and am trying to find a solution
I found these products
https://www.amazon.com/Lectron-Charg...2s9dHJ1ZQ&th=1 http://www.umc-j1772.com/index.php?r...product_id=146 They look like they should do the trick, but I've seen some mixed reviews say they work with an i3 and some say they don't. I am REALLY trying to avoid having to rip out my tesla charger and get a new one. I am sure there is someone else in the same boat. Hopefully one of the early owners can test this |

The Tesla V2 charger was design for up to 80 amps charging (some models had 2 on-board chargers) if connected to a 100A circuit. The 24' cable good for 80 amps is pretty heavy and unwieldy, the downside of using it. |
