When you first get your car, how long does it take to load your navigation (or should it already be loaded)? When I click on map or Nav, it just says loading navigation and it has been like this for at least four hours.

Also, my speed limit info is blank and when I go to make it automatic, it says it is not available in my country (US). Is this tied to my Nav, or is this some unrelated issue? I find it hard to believe speed limit info is not available here.

Sounds like you need to head back to the dealer. Something ain't right. Mine was all set up and ready to rock when I picked it up. Had been delivered to the dealership just the day prior.

Does your speed limit info display work as well?

try to reset the system by holding the volume dial down for 20-30 seconds (or 70 seconds).
