Joe Achilles RWD vs. AWD
Obviously he prefers the AWD which makes sense. But now i finally understand why he prefers it when i think the AWD is totally unnessecary : he drives the RWD with all protection settings off.... In that case i can understand the AWD makes a lot more sense. For me : i just drive my RWD with all protections on and have no traction issues as well.... I still would buy the AWD though when i had to order now, but i still love my RWD |

I don't have my M4 yet so I can only speak about my experiences owning a M2 Comp. If you leave DSC on, the car leaves A LOT on the table. Even rolling acceleration is MUCH better with MDM or DSC off. If you're happy where you're at, I don't want to change your mind but once you spend time in MDM or DCSC off, you'll see how much it wakes up the car.
When I first owned my M2 Comp, I started with DSC on 100% of the time. The car felt wrong. I felt slow, even with everything in Sport Plus. Again, once I switched to MDM, OMG, then I had the car that everyone was talking about! |
