M240i Order in Las Vegas

Hey there, I am relatively new to this forum. I had a 08' 335i years back but I now have a M240i on order and its been sitting on the final assembly position for several days now. My CA has said its awaiting transport now or has been for 5-6 days it seems. What is everyone's guess on how long these will take to transport from Mexico? I mean technically it should be improved from Germany for obvious reasons right?

As far as I can tell no one has taken delivery on a new 2 series yet. So it's hard to speculate when you might get it. My m240i is on a ship as we speak. No estimated delivery as of yet. But my SA seems optimistic of having an expected delivery date tomorrow. We shall see.

There are 2 ships that pick up cars from Mexico, so depending on timing the cars can sit for a bit in Mexico. Once picked up it's about 5 days from Mexico to California.

Launch is November 20. Pretty sure they can't sell this early, but closer to the launch date is possible

I'm not saying your wrong… but according to my CA I'll be taking delivery sooner than that…

Do your M240i's still have HUD in build, anyway to tell??

and/or did BMW deduct $700 like all the non-M vehicles

Mine still has the HUD on the order. Maybe that is delaying things on it. Who knows yet. I saw someone mention whether to wait on a new M2 and I really debated that idea but at this rate things will take forever for new vehicles.

Edit:
I just heard from Genius that said my car is with "sales" now and will be shipping out soon.
