My Portimao Blue / Kyalami Orange G80 M3 after PPF, Ceramic, Tint & Orange Calipers

I picked up my 2022 G80 M3 M xDrive Portimao Blue over Kyalami Orange two weeks ago at the BMW Performance Center and took it straight to RTP Customs (Atlanta, GA) and did a few things:

- Xpel Ultimate Plus PPF (full car), including single-stage paint correction
- 3 year Ceramic Coat
- Xpel 35% ceramic window tint except windshield
- Painted Orange Brake Calipers to match Kyalami Orange interior (gloss finish) - comes with lifetime warranty
- Wheels & Calipers Ceramic Coat

I'm loving the protection & results! Edges are tucked-in on most body panels and corners look good to my eye. They custom cut to fit many parts the like the CF front intakes & CF diffuser. Ceramic definitely made the color pop

I took it there with a plan to do Xpel Stealth to get a finish similar to Frozen Portimao Blue, but when we tested a couple of stealth strips on the car I decided not to go that route. I was seriously considering powder-coating the 826M wheels something similar to frozen-gold or bronze-gold like the M2CS or M5CS but I'm loving the bi-color finish specially on Portimao with Orange Calipers

Future mods: 12mm spacers (have them already) and KW HAS as soon as we have an official word from KW that it's confirmed for the G80 M xDrive.

I snapped a few smartphone pics at home (unedited) on a partly sunny day. I also added a couple of pics I received from the shop to show the calipers with the wheels removed.

What were the calipers prior to paining? Mine are red and would like to convert them to orange...

Totally agreed! I had the painted reflectors in my cart but I don't need them anymore

Well done sir- I think Im finally going to take my G80 out now since it was coated last week. It is just so clean that I want it to stay that way.

OMG, this is what I wanted to do with my Calipers to match my orange interior. How much was it? Did they have to put a new "M" sticker on it? How long did it take and were they able to match the Kyalami exact or was it a stock paint?

The list price on their website is $250 per caliper but I got a deal as I'm a repeat customer and got several things done there. They print their own stickers and then clear coat on top of it. They also sent me a video showing the same paint quality on the back of the caliper. They offer lifetime warranty on painted calipers.

It was a single stage paint correction but I don't know the name of the product or even if they just used a fine polishing product or one of those hybrids that has some cutting & polishing properties. Being a brand new car I wasn't particularly picky on the paint correction part.

The ceramic coat probably has more to do with what you see in the pics. They used CQuartz Skin which was recommended for a fully PPF'd car.
