Picked up my frozen white G80!

Picked up my M3 today after placing my order 4/9. Absolutely love it! 2 things tho my radio in my M2 sounded a bit better and I don't have the M stitching on my seat belts, is that only for certain interior colors?

Looks great and I love that color combo.

I believe the M seat belts are only on the Competition models in the US and not the base/manual models.

My friend has a base M4 with the M seatbelts but his interior is black

Very nice spec! Looks fabulous with the buckets as well. Have had my FBW/YMB G80 for about 4 months now and I honestly get moved by this combo every morning. Compliments every day too.

The M stitched seatbelts are specific to the competitions.

Wow, wow, wow. I've always loved red interior with Alpine White. But I think the YAS might look better.

I would imagine the M seat belts may be the same, if some of the manual trans cars are getting them. Its probably a car that was built way back when the first few hundred were built.

This may be a viable explanation. I've never looked into it.

This may be a viable explanation. I've never looked into it.

M seatbelts come with the manual outside of the US as a $300 option. It's unavailable in the US. Same with rear heated seats.

The OP said, in post #3 that his friend received his car with them. Thats why I offered my explanation. But thats great that you can spec them. At first, I thought, "Oh, maybe its the YAS interior" But the steering wheel it still M stitched.

He doesn't have full leather just black bucket seats and manual. He also got the car when the G8X was first released

Yeah that's probably right. He got the car right at the G8X release date so maybe he just got lucky

Just my theory, with the only justification being people getting laser lights without speccing them. But its the only thing that makes sense, in my mind. Maybe you can find them for sale, somewhere, or at least, just order a set of fronts.
