I get the M3/4 is questionable on looks but these guys giving the RCF the victory in every category regarding looks is comical. The RCF is a pig.

Looks are subjective. I disagreed with their opinions on the Lexus's looks, too...but subjective is subjective. I absolutely prefer the G80 over the Lexus, but I'm biased since I bought one and not the other. :-)

I never really understood the "Track Edition" for the RC-F. I get that Toyota wants to hop on the bandwagon of making track capable cars for people with a lot of money, but this ain't it. Like, I get that it's a trend and it's easy money, but people aren't THAT stupid. Or at least I hope they're not.

I don't like the wing on the back of the Lexus, but otherwise Lexus all the way for looks. The front of the M3 looks bad enough on its own, but you really see how bad it looks when it's next to the Lexus. The front on the upcoming IS500 looks even better, that's going to be an interesting car.

They said it looks more unique and special, which I actually agree. In general there are not too many RCs or RCFs running around. Tons of BMWs though.

haha im surprised by the comments i literally thought everyone whether pro or anti g8x was gonna say the exact opposite but the conclusion would be 'nice job bmw your car looks good next to an uglier car.' Man that lexus looks bad and i was a defender of the spindle grille. The headlights are just otherworldly awful. Not to mention were considering how 'special' a design looks and were comparing a sedan bodystyle to a coupe bodystyle here which doesnt make a lick of sense. the only angle i maybe would give the lexus over the bmw is the front 3/4 which of course is the still image of the video haha. That design does not work at all from a front profile.

The RC Is actually a car that looks better in person. I know everyone says that about the G80/82 which looks the same in person to me . The RC F looks really aggressive and stands out .

I own an F82 and my previous car was a 15 RC-F which IMO looked better than the new track version of it. Looks wise, I think The RC-F kills the G80/82. But my F82 is still my favorite.

That's interesting...I just can't get with that sharp angle of the spindle and then the headlights come to a point just below that it looks so odd to me. It's like literally pointing out the oddest part of the car and even then it's barely off center 🤣 the g80 front end makes a lot of sense to me but I can understand why people don't like it. Anyone that thinks the front end of a car should resemble a human face is probably screaming seeing these two cars next to eachother haha yea that previous rcf def looks better than the current one. I think they probably thought they could do a better job with the headlights and it all kind of fell apart from there...for my taste at least

i actually find the throttle house intros and stuff a bit cringey and prefer these guys lol but i may be in the minority on that. I dont need some kind of network television level of production value when im trying to see what a regular dude thinks of a car haha

They're cheerful and their opinions diverge from mine. Both items make watching them worthwhile here and there. Except when they review pickup trucks. Nothing is worth watching a truck review.

Uhh non-car guys? They have multiple sports cars and interesting cars in their personal ownership. Can you tell me that a guy with a 5-speed straight piped foxbody isn't a car guy? That's a hard sell. I'm not huge fans of them, but clearly you don't know much about them to be saying they're not car guys.
