Advice on Dinan springs and spacers

New guy here. I just got my first BMW. I'm interested in the Dinan springs + ride quality kit and some spacers. I plan on staying with the stock 18" wheels. I need advice on spacers choice - 10mm, 12mm or 15mm front/rear? I don't want to be too aggressive, just moderate. I'm doing this mostly for looks. So far I read that the springs don't compromise ride quality and pretty much ride like stock. I'd happy with that.

Also, how much should I expect to pay for instal and how long does it take, time wise? I have located two shops near me that are listed as Dinan installers - Callas Rennsport and EuroCode Tuning. Anyone from the LA area have any experience with these shops?

Thanks in advance
