Which roof rack?

Just picked up my M3. I am hoping to find a way to get a roof rack for hauling bikes. The threaded inserts give me hope they intended to have a roof mounting solution. It appears to be mounted under the carbon with a sealant, so the cf roof should not be an issue. The Threaded inserts were all filled with water this am- which is a little concerning.

Anyone have any details or can point me in the direction to get more info? I have pic of mounting post below, I have had roof racks on all of my cars but never a setup like this.

Sweet! A standard G20 rack should work.

After plenty of research I went with the OE BMW rack. The fit is perfect and the mounting points do not make contact with the white resin which was my main concern. Rack also sits about as tight as possible so I am very pleases with fit as well. Thule AeroBlades would have been my my first choice but they could not confirm fit and at $670 versus $270 all in, its a no brainer.

To make this a more useful post for others:
Yes G20 rack options will work but I have yet to confirm we wont have issues with mounting. Will update if I get details.

Nice! BMW has a great rack system. Did you order an OEM G20 rail-system or M3 rails?

Looks like those that wish to track their cars can now carry some wheels/tires on the roof to the track...

It's the g20, I would guess it's the same part number.

Going to revive this to see if anyone has feedback. I have the BMW rack and the wind howl/whistle is obnoxious. Anyone experience the same?

I have a Thule rack with 1 bike rail, and it's pretty loud. I tend to think that will be the case with any roof rack.
