Wheels 764 on x3 m40d

hello, i live in belgium, owner of a bmw x3 m40d, with 21inch rims for the summer. i like the m764 rims in 20 inches of the x3 m competition, my question, i would like to put front tires in 245/45 / r20 and 275/40 / r20 rear.
the rims are 9 inches with 28 offset front and 9.5 inches with 39 offset at the rear.
my question is "is this possible?" thanks for the help and excuse my english.
I know he 's rims 699m, but I would very much like 764m.
