Exclamation Stoked! My G82 has finished production and is in QC!

Anyone else tracking their's too?

From what I know (nothing official) delivery should be early Q1. End of Jan to beginning of Feb.

Update (12/14/2020):
My M4 is now on a boat and expected to hit the port of MD 12/30/2020.
We also learned there is a recall for all G8X vehicles. This will be delaying all shipments just a tad bit. It is an exhaust flapper? We're all hoping they can supply the recall warranty service at the port prior to vehicle shipment.

Feb production date directly from the factory so no boat time as I’m in Germany.

Any indication from your dealer when you can expect delivery?
Do you need to wait until the market launch in March?

Haha.. I am as eager as anyone. Unfortunately, the car will get scanned and worked on right away. I have no intention of enjoying the car (except day 1). We will be producing new bumper, grills (for those who do not want to swap bumpers but want a more (previous gen look), lip, trunk spoiler, side skirt, diffuser, and more.. We're looking to be on top of it with this gen. So, it will probably be a good few weeks before I get to put some miles on it!

Looking forward to all these goodies your building. I'm opt'ing out of the exterior CF package, to see what the aftermarket brings.

My local dealer gave me their launch vehicle allocation which had a November production date. In turn I agreed to let them keep the car one week in their showroom. Not a bad trade-off at all, IMO. On 11 Nov the car entered in the “production queue”. Since then (3 weeks now) there has been no progress toward the next step in “ exterior body assembly”. Does anyone know how long, on average, it takes to move into that next phase? I figure once it completes that step the build goes very quickly. Originally, my salesman said I could expect to have the car in mid January. I must admit my anxiousness harkens back to waiting for Christmas to come when I was a youngster!

How many times are you going to visit your car during that week?
