Springs with Aftermarket wheels
So I'm thinking about getting lowering springs for my m235i xdrive
My aftermarket wheels are 19 x 8.5 +40 Front 225/35/19 19 x 9.5 +45 Rear 255/30/19 Will springs make the tires rub? Which springs would be best for my setup? I'm thinking about Dinan since its not to crazy of a drop and i can get warranty on them from my dealership. Here is a couple pictures of how it sits now. It sits way to high BMW M235i by Mike, on Flickr Avant Garde Wheel m235i by Mike, on Flickr |

You'll be fine. You can run H&Rs and you should be ok. I went with Dinan and am very satisfied with the drop.
Your car is looking good with those wheels! A drop would be icing on the cake.

I have H&Rs and the fronts rub once in a while... BUT I'm running a slightly different setup
19 x 8.5 +40 Front 235/35/19 19 x 9.5 +45 Rear 265/30/19 You should be good with any setup!... I'm thinking about going for Dinan myself just to raise it up a little bit |
