Substitutes for M Performance Kit

BMW has granted the M Performance optional sporty gadgets that further enhance the extreme and aggressive design of their shapes. Unfortunately, it is well known to everyone that these parts are too expensive and over-priced particularly the carbon-fiber-made units such as the front splitter and mirror cover. Are there any cheap third party substitutes for the M Performance Parts ?

All I need is front splitter (not carbon fiber necessarily), side skirts and mirror covers.
