Who needs an oil cooler?!
Here is a used OEM one on ebay. Used oil cooler. |

Incredible. You can get the OEM Oil cooler right now for $50 or spend $2k on the Dinan version. Hmmmm what to do.....

Yea you need the thermostat housing that is connected to the oil filter housing, all the lines, mounting pieces, the new fender liner. Then you need to have the guts to take off the filter housing and change it out.
Even if you do it yourself you're looking at another K.

The OE cooler is apparently not good enough, my car went into Safety Mode while I was racing an e92...

No because the dinan cooler is only for people who already have one, the one for people without one is more than 2k AFAIK.
