What a difference an inch makes..... and a question

I always liked 400M wheels, but was beginning to think they looked a little puny on the F3x. It seems like just yesterday when 18s seemed huge. Anyway, got a used set of 403M 19" wheels that I absolutely love but my car isn't recognizing the new (to my car) TPMS from the new (to me) wheels/tires, which are from a 2014 335i.. I keep getting a TPMS malfunction error. Is there something simple I can do to rectify this?

Thanks!

If the TPMS doesn't go way soon, it is highly likely that sensors that are incompatible with your car are installed.

BMW changed the sensors out to a new part # in like March-2014.

Thanks, I have a June Build of 2014, so that makes sense.

I think those are actually 441M wheels in the top pic...

I agree that the 19s look great, though.

Great work. I was debating between the 403 and the 442 wheels.

You may be right, but when I ordered my 435i I only had the option of 400M and 442s.. The 400M and 441M look almost exactly the same.

Thanks! I don't think you can go wrong with either.. Personally I've always liked the 403s.. A classic BMW wheel

You may have ordered 400Ms, but you appear to have been delivered 441Ms.

IF it doesn't work, have a tire shop swap the TPMS from your previous wheels on the new one.
Not very expensive, shouldn't have to remove the tire completely to replace them.

That's what I had to do. Didn't even have to balance the tires again either

I agree, a nice looking OEM wheel that just needs to be a tad larger for our F3X's.
