OEM Michelin runflat tire rotation question

At 5K miles, I had the tires rotated front to back. Now at 11K, I am thinking of rotating the tires again, but this time doing an X pattern. Tried searching but could not find info as to if the Michelin Primacy MXM4's are uni-directional. Looking at the pictures of the tread pattern, it looks like they can be moved from one side to the other. Just wanted to confirm before I do the next rotation.

Check the sidewall. Directional tires usually have an arrow on the sidewall indicating rotation direction.

1) BMW recommends NOT rotating tires. Read the manual.

2) If you do, I believe the recommended interval is 3,000 miles.

They look asymmetrical to me rather than directional, in which case, you can swap them around as you wish.

Yeah, I am aware of BMW's recommendations and the short interval if doing the tire rotations. I guess old habits die hard. Since I have the same size tires front and back, I thought I'd do it. The BMW dealer wanted $60 to do the rotation so took it to a local mechanic to do the job.

When I asked my local BMW and Audi dealer, they said BMW/Audi tend not to recommend rotations because they assume that you will have summer/winter tires. At this time, you would rotate/mix them around anyways.
