What temp would be considered too cold to install a rear spoiler with 3M tape?

Still waiting for the E92 rear M3 spoiler from Jlevi to arrive. 2 weeks? But it can get pretty cold here in Pa in Jan. I was thinking that I would get both of my cars up to normal operating temp and then put them in my attached garage and open the hoods to heat up the garage. My garage is double insulated. What temp would be considered warm enough to get good adhesion. Should I consider using a hair dryer to warm the trunk lid or spoiler?

anything under lets say 70 degrees and youre asking for problems. do the garage thing and use a hair dryer to warm up the bodywork.
