Track wheel setup
I went through this entire forum and not a single thread on the topic yet..
I will need a track setup for my M235, 18' square with proper fitment, could run spacers in the back if needed. Anyone have a track setup yet? What's out there? Anything from Apex yet? I don't want to run the PSS on track.. They're too expensive and would much rather have a square setup anyway running R comps |

There's a guy on Babybmw.net with F20 1 series who runs square 8" x 18" with et circa 35mm [similar to F30 series] and track 225 or 235 40 18 track tyres.
Perhaps acquire some used oem BMW 3 series alloys for track wheels ???

I'd recommend checking out Enkei wheels, they have some 18" setups that will work perfectly on the 2 series such as the PF01, NT03, and others!

IF my 2er ever comes in (its supposed to be here in the next few days), I'm going to be test fitting 17" Kosei's in K1 and K03. I'm also going to see if the rear OEM's fit the front without modification.

Will 17's clear the brakes?
As for the rear fitting in the front, every BMW I have ever had with staggered wheels had enough clearance to run the rears up front, but please confirm this as it would help the rest of us who are looking for square track setups |

I run a square 17x8 40 offset setup on my M135i for the track.
If you run a 245 tire you will not have clearance issues with stock suspension and alignment. I run 255's and have to run a minimum of 2deg neg camber to clear fenders all around. |

tirerack lists a couple 17" wheels for the M235i so I'm guessing a few will fit. I planned on running a 17x8.5 et45 setup with 245s all the way around but I am still waiting for my damn car to arrive. Will report back as soon as I get fitment confirmed.
