I am going to keep pushing to see if I can get this, but this will be my 7th BMW, and I believe it was around 2-3 years ago where the BMW dealership has to enter the codes to get the discount (that’s what I was told), therefore, if your told one would work, when they plug it in, they may not get it to work, and then try to put that cost on to you. I also do work for a company that had the corporate discount, but I believe the M3 has been excluded from that for over a year now. |

From what I have read, with the current times, you have a great deal with 1k off MSRP on a M3CX order placed.
I was able to get $500 off MSRP on a M3CX order, and thought I did decent since all that I have read were at MSRP. I was also offered $48k for my base M240xi that was delivered 6/2022. I only paid $49k for it ($50k sticker plus negotiation) so I decided to jump on the M3CX order before my M240xi trade in value goes down. |

My deal.
23 Comp G80 Xdrive- ( Pre Dec 22 build) custom order built back in end of October and PCD 3/7. Cap Cost 109,642 including a 2500 markup $ 2500 down including first month (Orginal deposit placed 6months ago) $1250 in loyalty and military credits... I will get another $500 kick back from CCA for $1750. So markup was net $750. 36/12 at .00180 MF and with 6% sales tax on the monthly grand total of $1789. Bmw residual this month is 55%. Crazy to think my 19M5 Comp was $500 a month cheaper but hopefully in 26 the balance will turn. |

Yes and no... the totality of the deal
I have no intention of keeping the car beyond 36 months. With that would have to pay full state sales tax which is 6800 upfront or roll into loan. On a lease its interest free and a monthly add on...car gets wreaked 2 weeks from now I only paid 102 dollars in taxes. Then a remaining balance of 108ish... 60 months at a 3.2% is 1968...doing a 72 is dumb but payment would be 1668...in both cases, and that's if a loan could be secured before PCD on Tuesday. So 4.8% at 60m $2037, 72m $1737 When you look at the tape...so $1737 at 4.8 for 72months....quickest option for PCD next week is bmw fs... Total interest paid in 36ms... $12,185.63 ... Projected remaining balance 58,148.. On a lease residual 57,632... Total interest paid 10,712 on the lease. On a 3.2 at 60m which would require a refi total interest paid $7,523.82 ...and projected remaining balance 45,490... But this is a $1,959.26 monthly and instant 6800 out of pocket. That's if those sub 4 rates are still obtainable. Plus side is if the car is worth more I will get back more money. In all cases above do I think the car will be worth bmws projected values likely. But with a lease you have options to get equity out or walk, not responsible for loss value of accidents either. Loan it's yours to keep and mod but your holding the bag. My car has ccbs so thats also a risk factor. In my case the lease makes the most sense. If in the end the market is hot, I can get the equity out or just write a personal check for 58k then pay 3300 in sales tax and keep the car or flip it to private party if the market is right. Right now I feel as the return in investment in stocks is better than cash out on a car or loan. |

Forgot to mention the details of my lease (already locked in with BMWFS end of November). A friend of mine is a finance manager at a BMW dealership in NJ and said it was a good deal at the time. Dealer located in AZ. Hopefully get some insight vs what others have locked in:
2023 BMW M3 Competition xDrive MSRP: $86,195.00 (no mark-up) 36 Months $5,600 down $1,312.43/month Residual: $52,578.95 |

If you are a current member and you have past the grace period (1 year if 1 year membership purchased, or 6 months if 3 year purchased), then you can submit for the credit on their site.
If you log in, click on My Account, then Vehicle Rebate Applications, you should either see how to create a new collection. Mine currently says ineligible due to me signing up for the 3 year membership in 12/2022. I placed my order on 2/24/2023, first in line, no current available allocations, but my CA said that once the order is submitted, they trantionally/recently have been getting the allocation in 1-3 months. I feel that time is on my side and should not have an issue obtaining. Currently, it is $500 for all 3 series also states includes M3. This is the same for the M4. |
