2019 RS3 tires on 2022 M3 Comp?

I'm hoping to reuse the RS3 winter tires I still have. I think they'll work but I'd like someone to double check me. The RS3 also had huge calipers up front, so I'm hoping as far as internal clearance, they'd fit too.

2022 M3 Bolt Pattern
- Center Bore: 66.5 mm
– PCD: 5x112
– Wheel Fasteners: Lug bolts
– Wheel Tightening Torque: 140 Nm
– Thread Size: M14 x 1.25

2019 RS3 Bolt Pattern
- Center Bore: 57.1 mm
– PCD: 5x112
– Wheel Fasteners: Lug bolts
– Wheel Tightening Torque: unknown
– Thread Size: M14 x 1.5

It looks like I'd need a hub spacer too. Something like:

My bigger concern is I have Pilot Alpin PA4 225/40/18 on the rim's. Would those be large enough?

The center bore on the RS3 wheel is too small for the M3. The offsets on stock RS3 wheels are off as well.

I don’t see how this would work.

Totally won't work. Short of a spacer that would convert the larger BMW center bore to the smaller Audi center bore. If that even exists.

Rolling diameter of the tires is WAY off.

The bigger question is do the wheels have an Audi symbol on them? If so, answer may be even easier.
Not trolling, the image gave me good laugh and wanted to share
