What lol? A track would get an even better number (assuming its a prep'd surface track)

These are verified runs on draggy, on surfaces that tend to be worse then a track.....

We also know draggy is a very accurate metric as people have run them at the track.........

It's a 9.97 so its barely into the 9s, we have had other cars running 10 flat....this is the hill you wanna die on lol?
Impressive indeed. I wonder if it was truly full weight…

I also talked to the company in Russia that made his custom map on Jb4. He has midpipe, dp, e30 and jb4. He said with Micky thompson sticky tires we could of ran a 9.8
So I believe them, if any of you clowns don't then you're just hating cuz your car isn't this fast.

Do you think rwd with this set up for 60-130 would be similar results?

Theoretically, yes. However, it would definitely need traction to do so. You save 70-100 lbs & suffer less of a drivetrain loss, even though xDrive sends 85% of its power to the rear wheels. I haven't seen a rwd one this fast 60-130, but there is one with just a custom e60 tune and downpipes running 6.2 in worse weather

It's not even wheel hp? They are either lying about the hp, the weight or the time.

You clearly have never had a fast car and have no idea how much power a 4000 lb car would need to make to get into the 9's.

I mean get it on a track to get an accurate time. A 4000 lb car making 680 crank hp is not running in the 9's

Heavier F90 M5s making around 700whp have run high 9s. The G80 dynos I've seen are north of 650whp. Seems pretty plausible.

Also no one is removing their engine to see what sort of "crank hp" it makes so any power claims are a guess at best. The power during record run above may be closer to 675whp since they are clearly pushing boost and timing as much as they can.

Again...... Either they are lying about the hp or the weight or the draggy isn't accurate. That car would need way more hp to get into the 9's

likely 680awhp...BMS themselves state 658RWHP with a standard map on E47 fuel. Since this was done on full race fuel, it's likely not as fuel limited as using an E47 mix.

So perhaps 800-820CHP? CHP is just a guess, so I'd say the "680HP" is really 680 @ wheels.

...can you imagine what this thing will do with proper fuel/lambda adjustments? wowza's, what an increadible platform out of the box!

No bro.. 10.1 and 10 flat. There's videos up, guy that runs low 10's and hits a 10 flat is known by some folks on the forums. So those numbers are accurate. Maybe you need to reevaluate your knowledge of the G80, and what it's capable of. I'm done here.

Darrell ran 10.05 @ 137 mph and his car is 650 whp. He ran that in 25°F higher and over 1800 DA Higher. this car is mid 600's give or take. Definitely not 700-800

Doesn't seem to be a problem for 2018+ 10spd Mustang GT's which also have a similar weight.

The way the G80 xDrive puts down power versus any F80 variant is night and day.
