Trunk organizer or cargo net for G80 and/or G82?

No idea if this is something that would be different for G80 vs. G82, but does anyone have a good trunk organizer or cargo net solution for this car? I have a G80, so that would be my preference. Yes, I know there's some little netted pockets on each side of the trunk but eventually this thing is going to be a screaming grocery getter for me, and I'd love something fitted to the car (or at least pretty close) to keep everything from rolling around in the trunk. I can't find anything from BMW directly, but maybe others have some clever solutions.

Since you’re in the area, I’d give Weathertech a call. Their manufacturing is local, and I’m 99% certain that they also do compartment scans. Then you’d be able to have a liner built that uses their grid system.

Same boat as you. Actually looking for a cargo net to prevent things from sliding around. I just tried a cargo net from my wife's old 5ser. (F10) that she's currently using in her new car that works. Might just place an order for another one if nothing pops up.

I looked at WeatherTech - their CargoTech (https://www.weathertech.com/cargotech/) works universally but I know people who have had it and it eventually tears up the trunk mat a little, so I'd rather avoid. I need to just find a decent carbo net that's quasi universal and find a place to string it, I think there are loops back there somewhere I could hook on to.

I think I got this at Costco or Marshall's. Has handles, velcro on the bottom, and folds flat. Bought one for each car.

I use those in combination with the BMW rubber trunk liner. No risk of tearing up the carpeted trunk.

My suggestion was getting a custom trunk liner that uses a grid system that then accepts the product you listed. I’m pretty certain their factory store in Bollingbrook is equipped to scan your trunk and produce liner.

I ordered and installed for my G82 the BMW OEM rubber cargo liner (fits G2x/G8x sedans/coupes; can't vouch for convertibles). Then I noticed eyelets for a cargo net and dug out my stash of those from prior BMWs; first one I tried fit great (originally for an E39, E46 or F25). I also have a couple folding cargo holders (roughly the size of a grocery bag bottom) from an X5 and/or X3 which I can throw in there, if I need it.
