Tire rack

I’ve been in contact with a representative at tire rack. They still need a G 80 or G 82 to scan at their South Bend Indiana factory. They are offering a discount to anyone who allows them to use their car. I am in Milwaukee South Bend is about 3 1/2 hours each way. I probably won’t have my car for another 4 to 6 weeks. I thought I’d post on here for anybody in the area. If anyone is available to do this PM me and I will send you the representatives contact number.

Is this why they pretty much have zero availability on aftermarket wheels?

Yes they need to scan the wheel well of the new model to confirm proper fit for their entire line of products products.

Have they thought about contacting local dealerships to benefit shared customers?

Imagine being able to get a wider Tirerack selection through a dealership partner. Minor markup, major convenience.

I’m driving through South Bend once I take Performance Center delivery sometime in November (car is in paint booth now). I’m a long-time Tire Rack customer and would be happy to help if they still need a scan at that time. I already have my winter tires (from them) and rims on hand for when my car arrives home, so no discount required or expected.

Sending PM with my contact info, BCH53211.

They scanned mine for sure. They probably need a CCB car.

The local BMW dealer to them is pretty not good. That's all I can really say on the matter.

There are two finishes after all, and that's all they have. Need to wait for more wheel styles to be made.

For some reason they only have one 19" option, but a bunch more 20", including BBS'. Didn't do me any good because I was shopping for winter wheels and wanted a 19" square setup. So I got my tires from them but went with 826Ms from a BMW dealer for my winters.
