Question on Lane Keep Assist
Just got my G80 over a week ago, playing with different options... for the Lane Keep Assist, does it give audio, visual or rumble steering wheel alerts? I turned off the auto correction then I didn't see any sign my car would indicate that I crossed over the lane. So, is the auto/self correction the only option for lane keep? Thanks.

On our 2022 X5 you can turn of steering intervention and still get vibration alert in the steering wheel...I would assume it’s the same/similar in M3 but I don’t have mine yet (112 stat)

So I tried turning on the Steering Wheel vibration to "Strong", Lane Keep to Medium and also tried Early, turned off Steering intervention. Nothing!
When the Steering Intervention set to on, it worked perfectly, I just don't like to jerk the car sometime when I want to exit or change lane w/o signal or avoid debris on the road Am I missing something? Or I have a defect? |
