Looks like Valvetronics completed their axle back and are now offering a combination of the midpipe + axle back at a very appealing price point:

https://valvetronic.com/products/bmw...39631262679076

Looks like the car they installed the axle back on is G80_Soom's car - if that G80 M3 has catless downpipes + the full Valvetronics exhaust then I cannot wait to hear it! It sounds crazy aggressive with just the downpipe + midpipe, can't imagine a full setup.

AutoCouture in Fairlawn NJ. Reputable shop with knowledgeable staff and full of enthusiasts such as ourselves. Many people swear by the work they do, myself included. They took care of the issues on my old F80, did modifications on my 991 GT3, and will do more work on my G80 when it gets here.

Would this fit behind a Remus axle back system?

Sorry, I know it's a stupid question.

Are you removing the CEL somehow? JB4 maybe?

Looking forward to hearing your impressions

Is the sound crazy with the down pipes and mid pipe or is it ok to live with?

I have heard sound clips and it's nothing to me even loud. But with the option to close the valves I'm sure it's very livable.

For reference my previous car was a 2019 mustang GT PP2. I put Corsa Catless long tubes as well as their x-pipe and extreme exhaust.

Nothing will ever be louder then that and I honestly mean that, and when I closed the valves on that it was very bearable. It's the nice thing about having valve'd exhausts.

So I finally installed the SSR downpipes and the Valvetronic Mid-pipe. I ran into the same issue as some other people and the little brace will no longer clear the mid-pipe and needs washers. I can't figure out why as I cut where it instructed to and the fitment on the downpipes is pretty much perfect.

Other then that I'm enjoying the sound, it's loud but nowhere near as loud as I though it would be.

Did you cut the 3rd dimple from the front or the back? Strange

I don't have the instructions in front of me but instinctively I would have thought it should be the other way around to avoid it sagging in the middle? Maybe I'm wrong

So from the picture they sent me, it is in fact the 3rd dimple closest to the exhaust (very last one). Most of my issues seemed to be the SSR downpipes, adjusting them and rotating them seemed to help the fitment, I couldn't get it to be exactly where I needed it still so I still needed spacers for the brace.

It just doesn't seem to sit right from the downpipe section causing the entire thing to sit lower.

This is why I paid a professional $100 to do it!

I think my guy had to push the heat shield up a bit to allow the pipe to sit higher. Might be worth looking at but I didn't see exactly what he did. I had given him the heads up to make sure the pipe and brace cleared each other as I did lot want any rattling

Maybe have someone take a look. I wouldn't be happy with the washers on the brace. Seems like you shouldn't have to do that

Yeah its definitely not suppose to, but I'm 99% sure it's an issue with the ssr downpipes, I think I need to rotate one completely 360 degrees, when I disconnect the downpipes and lay the midpipe in the tunnel it sits where it needs to, but as soon as go to bolt the midpipe up, it pulls the whole system down. I loosened the clamp and roared the downpipes but to do a complete 360 I'd have to take the O2 sensors off. which means pretty much uninstalling the whole system.

It doesn't rattle or anything now.

Did you do downpipes as well? It's easier to get fitment on the stock downpipes because 1.) they are already in correct place, 2.) one has a flex pipe so it's easier to move around.
