Installed: MSS HAS Kit G80 with Pics-New Ones Page 6!!

So in the KW interim, I had the opportunity to do this install and what everyone who has done this kit and described it thus far rings true:

1. The front is light, very light- we measured it at 15mm post drop with the adjuster on max (we didnt use the oem bump stop because the ride would suck)
2. The rear has 10mm left on the adjuster so we shall see where this goes
3. The front MSS bump stop is very taut but this is where we might see some flex along with the spring compression
4. The job is quite easy to do as Ben at RGSport is very skilled with these cars
5. I drove the car about 40 miles post drop and if I didnt know it was on MSS I might have no idea it wasnt OEM. There were some roads where I could feel the ground more and thats expected but also the car now has better than OEM spring rates so the compression in comfort EDC is reduced.
6. Ben dropped a G82 yesterday and the starting height of the rear was about 3/4 of an inch higher over the tire than my car. Interesting.

For now thats really it as many have done the drop already. Now the waiting/settling game begins. Here are some before and after pics with no driving in between. Ill add more to this thread as more miles are logged.

Big shout out to r33_RGSport and his sidekick Arlo who rocked the install and spacers. Ben runs a great small business and I am happy to support him.

BEFORE:

AFTER:

With 15mm Front and Rear Spacers...there is slight reverse rubbing at full lock but Im ok with that as the plastic piece will slightly wear and the car needs it:

Nice! Get those miles in.

I wonder would some heavy braking and rough roads shorten the bedding in time?

My MSS kit is sitting in my bedroom. Need to get it booked in but the car is gone back to have a few corrections made on my tints and PPF

I mean perhaps but I was on and off the car all the way home due to traffic which compresses the springs along with harder turns. I left the EDC in comfort (my choice setting) which allows for more spring press as well.

I dont know, its just kind of sad that this settling has to occur but I am very happy with the ride quality.

Looks good man! I posted this on the other thread, mine G82 dropped a bit more after 100+ miles. I'll take some measurements when I get home. Loving the ride quality so far!

It'll look great once the front settles by another 10mm or so... Good to hear about the ride quality!

Love seeing Portimao Blue with springs & spacers as that keeps me going while I wait for my car that's sitting at the German port waiting for a vessel, and then there's still a stop sale for cameras retrofit and engineering data hold & release hold pending issuance of EPA & CARB certificates for 2022!

look awesome, man. Further drop would be benefit, but for me, that's already perfect as I just need the gap there for easy cleaning, and dont really wanna see a civic look

Looking good brother. Are you hoping for the front to come down more? Pics may not do it justice, just seems like the front needs a bit lower. 1000X better than stock for sure

It better drop about 10mm more!!!!

I have started the chants to the man above!

The MSS kit has been dubbed "The settling HAS system" because the prior members who have put miles on their car have seen their car settle levels not normally associated with lowering springs (more than 10mm)

The rear will settle around 3 mm. It looks good imo, the front def needs to drop more. I haven't seen any movement so far on the fronts for me, it is staying at 25mm for now. I am still waiting on MSS to release their video explaining why it takes so long LOL.

Seeing your car makes me wish I got Portimao Blue instead of BSM!
