Understood on that one. But can you make the necessary adjustments, without getting aftermarket alignment equipment? When I lowered my Type R, you needed the upper rear camber arms to get it back into spec.

No camber kits or additional hardware is necessary, G8x platform has enough range to get back into spec.

Perfect. That's what I was looking for. Thank you.

Probably close by 2k miles or so on my ASTs. Only regret being that I didn’t do it sooner! Haven’t had an issue with angle of car and scraping. I do however rub on full lock even with the mod we did now that I’m fully settled. Doesn’t bother me… I like the 15 up front aesthetically so it will be retained!

I just got my AST springs (and 15/12 spacers) installed. Thank you Tom for the set and for fielding my stupid questions.

So far in the limited time I've driven the car it feels just like stock. I was a bit freaked out leading up to this because my driveway is very steep and long but no issues getting up thus far.

These pictures suck but more to come soon.

Are there any concerns regarding the rear being higher than the front with these springs installed vs the rear being lower than the front when stock on the G80?

I lowered the front of my car more than the rear because the extra wheel gap bothered me. After having hammered the car a few times for canyon runs I can feel no difference in the balance of the car.

Just my experience, YMMV

Picked her up earlier. I must say the stance now looks proper. I haven’t lowered a car since high school (over 20 years ago) but the G80 just needs it. AST springs and MS 10F/12R spacers (due to Pirellis). I’ve only put about 15 miles on with the new set up, but initial impressions are that it drives/feels great. Thanks tom @ eas for the assist!

Pics aren’t great, but they’re all I have.

Might be a bit late to the party, but i just wanted to clarify, that the M4 does not sit higher on the rear than the M3, but the rear fender of the M3 is smaller in diameter because there is not enough space to make it bigger. So it just looks like the M3 sits lower, but it really doesn't.

Does anyone with the ASTs on an M4 have thoughts about ride quality / bounciness with the car loaded up? I frequently tow the whole family around, so definitely looking to avoid a harsh ride.
