OEM tires on slightly wider rear wheel?

I may be getting aftermarket wheels that I'd like to swap the OEM tires on to (whatever tires end up coming with my 826m wheels). The only thing is the new rear wheels will be 20x11 instead of 20x10.5

Can I safely run the same 285/30 rear tires on the 11" wide wheels?

Tire manufacturers publish official specs for the range of rim widths approved for each tire and size. I think I recall the width for the OEM rear Michelins is 9.5-10.5 range. You could check for whatever tires are on your car (and that will be the "official" safe answer).

Michelins will fit on 11 in width

That looks like it's for 275/35s. For some reason, the oem bmw star Michelin 285/30 shows 9.5-10.5 rim widths. Which is very odd, because the oem bmw star front - which is 10mm narrower - shows 9-11 rim width. Pasted below from Michelin's website:
