Hi fellow Canadians, I took a 5 year hiatus from Bavarian Motor Werks after trading in my E93 M3 6MT for a 911 back in 2016, I am happy to to be back now just took delivery of a 2021 G80 6MT

I was debating whether I should order a 2022 or take the last 2021 G80 6MT in Canada (I think), I pulled the trigger on the 2021 and I am super happy I'm rolling my own gears again, it's only been 2 days and 200km, loving every moment of it

Welcome back! Very nice car, the wheels go well with the white paint.

I wonder how much the 6MTs will become collector's items. Personally, I'm all-in on the new. I walled away from MT in 2017 when I got my first BWM, and didn't miss it at all.

I realize all my BMWs have been white, not by choice though, 335i from BMW Toronto was a demo, E93 M3 from Parkview was preowned and this one was Toronto again and the last one left

But so far I am happy with the new M3, MT was my number 1 requirement, that's one of the main reasons why I traded the 911 PDK for a 6MT M3.

first thing you gotta do is to take off that front plate mount and sidemount it

Although unfortunately dealer drilled the holes already so those will stay

if they havent already installed the license holder I'd go sidemount, too bad, havent had a car with a front license plate in the middle for a long time lol

It was a stock car at BMW Toronto and not much more than base (premium pkg only) but that’s enough for me I guess, for me, my priority is 6MT which is a must; but then if I were to order a 2022, I would’ve gotten the ultimate pkg without the buckets.
