Thanks a lot! Hopefully, I'll be getting more products soon and can run group buys for those as well. I'm compiling a list of desirable parts and then I'll reach out to the manufacturers/vendors to see what they can do for us. CSL parts are definitely on everyone's minds right now. While I’m sure the CSL brace adds front end rigidity, not sure if you’d be able to feel a difference other than placebo.
I’d say it’s more of a novelty piece and looks drop dead gorgeous

The CSL is hollow, so no weight difference that is noticable.

I weighed it and now I can’t remember how much it weighted. I think it was 2-3 pounds lighter than the G80 stock one. Maybe it was 8.5 pounds or something. I forget. I sold it the next day. Didn’t fit with my Eventuri.

Exactly what i was thinking of doing, however i have a painted engine cover as well. Worried it might be a bit too much purple! I like the contrast you have with the black engine cover

This came out beautifully! I’m glad it worked out. I’m still planning on doing the same to my IOMG. I’m dragging my feet a bit on the mods because the weather sucks.

Yeah tough call. I am considering a new cover...but not sure what.

Painted will be risky as powdercoating is not a perfect match, and having the cover painted exact San Marino right next to the brace may highlight that.

I'm thinking a cf engine cover...but man are they over priced. Haha. Another option is glass black paint.

Thanks man. Yeah...it came out really nice.

If anyone is wondering...Illusion Blue Royal is really close to San Marino Blue.

Now have to decide what to do with engine cover (of anything). Not sure I want to spend more on visual mods that I don't even see. Haha

I was thinking of getting the strut brace painted to match, not powder coated as would be impossible to match.

but CF engine cover is a good shout
