2025 M4 Steering Wheel fit 2022/2023 M4 Comp with driving assistant pro ??

Hi guys, has anyone tried to install the 2025 M4 Flat bottom steering wheel to their 2022/2023 M4 Comp yet, can they be ordered yet? If so, does it work with steering assist as well? can you use the existing button modules? any part numbers for the Alcantara version?

reading a few other posts I found on the internet, looks like these won't be manufactured until July 2024

They are being manufactured right now. Problem is the part availability at dealers is going to be a slow ramp up. Then you have to wait for someone to actually try it and confirm if everything works. We're probably a few months out from all this happening.

One issue you'd run into is heated wheel isn't going to work since you get rid of the button (function is in the infotainment in the LCI)

I don't have the heater option I'm in Australia. We actually need a steering cooling button lol

That's the real bummer. I would buy this in a heartbeat otherwise.

I have one of my friends on the lookout, for me. He said, looking in the system, BMW isnt listing a part number for the wheel, yet. The headlights dont show a part number, yet, either. I gave him a 2025 VIN number, so he was able to reverse lookup the information based on what was installed on the vehicle, still nothing.

I will be posting the information, as soon as I receive it. On the LCi aftermarket wheels, they are putting some sort of mechanical button on the back of the wheel to make the heat function work. One company was already mentioned, above. AutoID is also selling them.

No, I just asked las night. The funny thing is, I've seen them for sale, but, they post a part number from an older wheel, in the ad.

Hm. I bet somebody handy could find a way to add a heated wheel button somewhere. Where’s my duct tape…
