I have owned many BMWs, but this is the only M3 that will always adjust to the secondary key/user if they open the door first in the passenger side before the driver. I always have to lock the car again and open the door again to get my settings back on the driver side.

Anyone having this issue too?

Yes this is same behavior I am experiencing. It is normal for past few I have owned. You have opportunity to change profile from start screen before firing up engine (or take the key away from the beeotch LOL).
