Individual Color Order

Has anyone tried to order Misano Blue? I know everyone's favorite LSB has been denied but wondering if BMW would be more likely to approve since they are still producing cars in that color.

Here is a listing of individual colors for the G8X, you may be able to get something outside of these, I'm not positive (I do not see Misano)....

Thanks, would be nice if estoril blue was on this list. So many random colors that I bet never get ordered.

It's a nice blue but I don't think I'd go and spend $4,500 for a color that was a standard offering on an X1 (among other cars). I'd want to be spending the money on something that is either M exclusive or just in general not one that was a standard series offering. I think there are so many other special blues offered by BMW that are definitely worth the individual price.

To answer your question though, I don't recall seeing anyone on here requesting the color and getting accepted or denied. Only way to find out will be to submit the formal request to BMW and see what they say.

I've asked about Laguna Seca and that is no longer available.

I wonder why they continue to reject that one. It's got to be planned for some special edition of the G8x…

No reasonable explanation otherwise.

Agree that the x1 and z4 make it less exclusive but I'm digging a lighter blue that's metallic and the individual list doesn't currently have any. Atlantis and LBB are too green.

I have a few months before my order goes in so plenty of time to waver.

I think if I was going to order another car, or I was going back to order mine, I would have more colors on the list. Champagne Quartz and Smoke Topaz would be on the list. Ive seen neither color duplicated on the G8X.

Definitely get the color you will be the happiest and be damn what anyone on here says (myself included). When it comes to spending the money on the individual paint it should definitely be for the one that will be giving you the biggest smile each and every time you walk up to the car.

I asked my SA yesterday about this yesterday because it's only around $600 for my X1. My SA said you cannot get this color for the G8X series.

Can Java Green still be ordered? I don't see it on the visualizer.
