BMW G80 M3 Wheel Spacers

Hello everyone,

I'm looking to improve the stance of my G80 M3 with spacers. I came across these lightweight spacers that seem very good quality.

https://oemplusmods.com/products/lig...w-m2-m3-m4-g8x

Any recommendation what size to get? I'm also looking to lower the car with springs. Thanks!

I don't know anything about that brand, but you do want to get longer bolts to pair with the spacers. I've been using Macht Schnell for my past 2 M cars, all tracked, no weird wobbles, no problems.

https://europeanautosource.com/produ...-bmw-g-chassis

I use 15mm all around to keep the front to back "offsets" the same, but I have an M4, so I'm not sure if that will rub for the M3.

EDIT: This is on Michelin PS4S BMW*

15MM Fr and 10MM Rr is popular. This first post feels spammy though.

Also used Macht Schnell, came with longer bolts, fit great.

Just be aware if you have Pirellis, 12mm in the front *will* rub. You can either cut some of the grill fins on the plastic liner or just use 10mm. 12mm will work with Michelins.

Wow I love the stance of your car! I think the M3 needs different sizing , so I will see if anyone has an M3 here with spacers. As far as the bolts there's an option for extended bolts on the website which I will absolutely get for safety.

Thank you! Do you have any photos how they might look with the 15mm and 10mm? I'm new to the forum and I need to get spacers asap because of an upcoming car show.

M4 in the link, but you can search the forums for M3 pics - tons of threads on the topic. Not a huge difference in the technical specs but there are subtle visual differences between the 2 and 4 door that may matter to you.

Appreicate the support. The same fitment applies for M3, mainly depending on whether you got Michelins or Pirellis in the tire lottery.

We've been using the Macht Schnell line for the past 15 years with all our street and track clients - and only proven with time.

Thank you! I ended up going with the 15mm with the extended bolts.

I’ve had 12mm front and 10mm rear Bimmec spacers on my G82 M4 for about 18 months, with longer wheel nuts obvs

The car looks so much better with this setup, however the front right tyre (Pirelli P Zeros) rubs on 3/4 lock (reversing left down) every time, even though my front tyres have now done 20k+ miles so are getting worn down

It’s not a big issue but quite annoying as I reverse out and to the left every time I take my car out, so it’s a regular noise - worth it though for the better stance

Future classic 15mm front and 12mm rear with hr sport springs. Front treated with heat gun trick, if not full lock backup and uphill, no rubbing. Rear is tricky, may rubb on bumpy roads running high speed. I have pirelli.

If you do more than 5mm, you'll need some kind of drop. Looks odd with large spacers and stock height IMO.

Don't agree. Any amount of spacer makes it "fill out" the wheel gap more, even without lowering. Looks much better.

I have 15 mm spacers front and back with pirelli tires lowered on Eibach front springs with 20mm drop. I used a heat gun on the front liners and no rubbing at all.

Don't believe the wheel gap changes too much, at least for me visually. The poke, especially in the rear, when you get to 10mm+ without a drop and stock camber makes it look like a bit cartoonish. The front is a bit easier to get away with. Just my pov.

I have 12mm spacers all around with Pirellis. It’s also lowered on H&R sport springs. I hate wheel gaps but I’m also not a fan of the slammed look. As always, to each his own.Name: IMG_1104.jpg

Exactly what I needed to know. I have exact same parts. Just waiting in my garage uninstalled.

Got 400miles left of break-in. After that 1st dealer visit, gonna install everything.

What size spacers would be recommended if I go with Continental DWS all seasons?
