Tip of the cap to you. Bravo.

I was weary seeing the color splotch prior to install as well haha
Once it was on, it all came together and I absolutely fell in love with the unique color combo of the yas interior with this army/olive dark green, it really does have different tones in different lighting. I appreciate it!

Also, OP seems to be a good sport and knows the color is controversial - and inherently by him making a post he should know damn well that he's going to receive feedback (good or bad on it).

If someone commented on a post of mine with distaste, I'd disagree but respectfully acknowledge their opinion. I didn't know people could get so butthurt about subjective taste

Absolutely 😂 it’s the internet and it’s a forum of all things 😝
I wouldn’t expect anything less and appreciate the love and the hate nonetheless 🙌

We have the same system except I have the dual midpipe. For sure go with a valve controller, it really wakes this exhaust up tremendously. I went with Awron CANflap and love it. It allows you to use the OE valve button without needing a BT decide.
Appreciate it man! Probably! Haha
Definitely looking at SST as a quick option to try out 🤘

Def getting RWB vibes from that colour.
Very bold choice, well done to the owner for choosing a car for themselves and not everyone else.
That’s what it’s all about.

Love the color.

How are you liking the ppf material you used? I’m thinking of color ppf’ing my car too.

i like it, suits the cars styling well. Generally gloss colors work well on G8x.

The color, being as offensive as it is, would glue people to it at any cars & coffee. Commentary both good and bad, of course I'm sure the owner knows and was prepared for this.

I'd certainly oogle and take photos of it.

Props to the owner for fearlessly choosing a spec that suits them. 👍

Appreciate you sir! It is honestly insane how many people flock to the car at cars and coffee and at car meets! The interior finish and the exterior is certainly a sight to see. I hear quite often that people say in person it is a lot different than the photos or videos that are posted, the color contrast is very unique with the Yas, Flight green (olive-ish) and the storm grey (nardo-ish) wheels, it all oddly works haha 👍

Absolutely love Freshfilm.co they are California based company, the PPF does its job for sure especially living in Houston with all the road debris. Their customer service is great, only thing I’ll say is make sure you find a shop that you trust and knows how to install PPF! My shop Clutch city customs said it was definitely a challenge and they do a lot of regular PPF work, however color PPF is a different animal they said lol

I feel that, I ordered a couple of color PPF samples this week just to get an idea on how bad it would be. I have a couple of friends that wrap cars who volunteered to help me (I also have some experience)

Most of the people who are hating can’t afford the car to being with, let alone the paint.

It’s cool because it’s unique. Nobody else is driving that G80 that I’ve seen!
