Step one done LMAO. 23 miles on the odometer and I already have the yellow DRLs and carbon GT grille.

As well as what you can't see, I have catless downpipes, a single midpipe, Eventuri intake, an exhaust controller and upgraded charge pipes! Installed them with the shop yesterday and today. The charge pipes made me want to absolutely scream. I was questioning why I bought a BMW because of how goddamn complicated it is. And of course every guide on how to do them, was for the RWD version. With xDrive, the front driveline blocks every access point you can use. You have to pull some ridiculous angles. But we got it!!!

Next stop, matte ppf and the rest of my carbon fiber I bought!

I don't waste time! Lmao. It sounds absolutely wicked. It sounds almost like a V8. But not quite. Best way I can describe the sound is like... at idle it sounds like a V8. But under throttle it sounds like a I6 on steroids. The turbos absolutely scream with the intake. You can audibly hear the whooshing and blow off, even over the (now loud) exhaust/engine. It's even better than I hoped for!

I flipped to in transit today and called BMW genius and they said my car was loaded yesterday onto “Sumire Leader” with an estimated Port Date to Hueneme on April 28th. I don’t see this one on the NYK schedule so not sure what is going on….hmmm

I just flipped over as well, 6 weeks seems like a long time to get to Hueneme. Looks like the boat is a NYK boat, I’ll call the genius line as well.
