I’m torn between San Marino Blue and Twlight Purple for my next M vehicle (whenever that may be), but at the moment, I’m leaning towards Twilight. I don’t think there’s a better shade of purple/violet out there. Daytona is great. Techno is great. Violet blue is great, but Twilight just dominates them all, in my mind. Maybe it’s a phase I’m going through, but I’ve fallen in love with that color.

Thank you! SMB is remarkable if you've ever seen it in person. Twilight is the best purple BMW offers imo. I do love all purples. If you want a mix between SMB and purple, velvet blue sounds right up your alley!

It definitely woke the car up. Added about 100 wheel horsepower. 0-60 times in the 2.8s 1/4 miles in the mid 10s (on regular roads). It’s definitely not a jp4 or BM3 but for a tune with a warranty I can live with it. Check out the acceleration curve on pump gas 93 octane.

I will say that I am disappointed whenever I go to 100 octane, but I haven’t had a good track day to test it.

I have to add that the 2.8s time happened with my wife in the car, two suit cases and a speaker box with two 12 inch subs.
