I put this in the QC purgatory thread but sharing here as well for others to get an idea of how bad the waiting has been. I'm not even the worst case on here.

03/15: Deposit for first xDrive allocation submitted
06/10: Order received
06/11: Order accepted
06/22: Individual color accepted
147 days later...
11/16: Production begins
11/17 Exterior body assembly begins
11/18 In the paint booth
11/19 Entering assembly line > Assembly in progress > Quality check

15 days in QC now. 165 days since the order was accepted.

Update from my CA: he mentioned that, since I selected port options, there might be an additional delay in Bremerhaven. I didn't know they installed those over there and assumed it would happen at the VPC over here in the States.

car arrived at Brunswick today and was released to carrier (still "at port"), delivery to dealer early next week. Seemingly got pretty lucky with transports and delays/stop sales.

car arrived at dealer today, picking up tomorrow afternoon. Put my name down in July with an official order placed in August...5-6 month turn-around.

My build just went in transit, attached to vessel Hoegh Jacksonville. Looks like I'll be getting my M3C after the New Year…

Can anyone confirm what, if anything, happens at the port in Bremerhaven (port addons, fixing recalls, etc) or if they just sit there waiting for a vessel? CA said they were putting on my port options during my hold but I haven't seen any info online to confirm that this happens.

I have a free trial for 14 days so I am tracking my ship and now this ship for the next 2 weeks lol ..

I guess the benefit here is once they're on the open sea you have to pay to see where it is... but with this free trial i'll supposedly see it in the Atlantic..

Still have three work orders open, 2 for audio and 1 for software update. Hope that doesn't get me stuck too long in NJ.
