Clicking / squeaking noise from stock suspension

Can this issue also cause a faint low pitch whistle when above 15-20 mph? It sounds like it’s coming from the wheels as when I step on the brakes it seems to stop.

Noise is gone! Replaced both struts and both strut mounts. Not sure if it's related, but the road feel seems to be improved. I could be imagining it after being in a low end loaner for several weeks, too. Haha
