Whats ironic, is BMW doesn't care because the market now is dictated by the Chinese market. Most of the market there looks for ostentatious and vulgar looking vehicles with the most over the top looks. It's obvious that someone at BMW either just have been trying to copy the Audi and Mercedes-Benz platforms with large presence front grills. i will never get on board with this design utterly disgusting.

You ever get that feeling of "secondary embarrassment" when watching something really cringey?

That's what I felt watching this video.

I'm considering coming back into the BMW fold because I just had a lemon of a '18 C43 bought back (which was cosmic confirmation I should've never turned in my W204 C63). In a '20 now, but kind of bored with it.

Was waiting for the G80 M3 to drop, but I can't do it. It's hideously tacky. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and everyone that likes the new G8X should absolutely go for it. But, it's not for me.

Think the E9X and F8X are absolutely drop-dead gorgeous and catch my attention still to this day on the road.

Those 1M ads gave me goosebumps in the good kind of way. Almost made me want to go buy an 1M. But isn't that the point of marketing and advertising? I say that team for the 1M did its job invoking the right response.

On the other hand, the whole marketing and exterior design team along with the MPerformance parts team should start looking for new jobs at Honda or HKS. GTF outta here with that putrid ad. I think I could have lost my lunch.

Mercedes Panamericana grill is extremely attractive to me.
