Did a search, but came up empty. Just trying to get an idea of how many 2024 M4 Competition AWD's BMW allocated to the USA. Just looking around online at what's for sale and it seems like a rare bird. Or maybe they sold a bunch of 24's last year and I am just seeing the tail end of the supply left online.

They’ve already shifted production to 2025, so you’re not going to see much anyway.

I’m guessing if you didn’t have an allocation by sometime in December you weren’t getting one unless you intercept a dealer order.

I bought one recently that a dealer had coming in unsold. It was kind of an impulse buy as I was just surfing for ideas to replace my Hellcat Redeye with and stumbled across it. Just kind of digging in after the fact and surprised not seeing many for sale. First BMW I have bought and coming in cold.

BMW hasn’t released production data for M vehicles since the end of the F80, 2018.

To be honest, depending on where you live you’ll never see these cars in stock. They’re always sold, and if they aren’t they won’t be there long.

I buy most of my cars without ever test driving.

That is how I bought mine, enroute. I figured waiting to see it and drive it would be too late.

People call me crazy, but that’s just the way it is with these kinds of car sometimes.

The closest I’ve been to a G8x is staring out of the window of my office.

Weird. In New England I see them all the time. Dealer here has 8 for sale. 4 M4s 2 M3s 2 M2s.

The 2024 M4s i looked at out of morbid curiosity because one of them is the “McDonalds” spec.

I am betting many cancelled their orders and switched to the 2025s? Def an uncommon car. Far from rare however

You wonder how hard BMW is on out of region sales when they stock up on the lot.

Are you finally happy you can put the power down? By the way I have a Hellcat as well but will sell this summer to order an FY 25 M3.

I'm not sure that is going to be the case going forward.

I think supply is well on its way to meeting demand and demand is not increasing.

I never had a problem, I always modulated the loud pedal based on conditions. AWD is nice for sure.

Tulley? They have a few on the lot right now.

They have a list for the 25' however.
