I just removed the competition part out and installed it.
I've been seriously considering debadging the entire car. Good to know these come off the side vents.

Do you have to do the front reflecors before ppf?
I'm doing it so that when they wrap the car it will get wrapped too instead of the ugly orange reflectors.

Cleaned up after Sunday drive and "installed" the m valve stem caps. I think they look pretty dope and subtile.

I am still waiting to see body colored side skirts, front splitters, etc. I would also like to see someone try a 20" 826M square setup.

I got the M stem caps too. They are a small little thing that likely no one including me will notice when looking at the car, but I still wanted them.

This is going to look like a commercial for IND, sorry but they are just that damn good.

I am all about the small details. IND apparently is as well. First, no one on the planet wraps products like they do...almost to it being comical. These were wrapped to withstand Godzilla and a nuetron bomb. As I was unraveling the bubble wrap I started laughing as it just kept going and going. They were just getting started.

They wrap BMW factory boxes as well.

I got the front and rear BMW roundels painted gloss black and the floating center caps also in gloss black. They did a write up on the process in their Blog, I believe every word they wrote as these were perfect. It's subtle, only someone who knows will know...I know.

I went ahead and put a ceramic coat on everything and another coat on my wheels. I also painted my wheel weights, BMW...VOLVO provides black wheel weights..fail.

I got the door sills. Everything was easy to install outside of removing the wheels which is easy just time consuming as I ultimately clean everything. The roundels come off in seconds, on a new car nothing broke and slid off perfectly. I am very pleased.

Tomorrow the CF "breather" vents arrive ( have to lol at something that is a solid piece of material being called anything other than garnishment but thats ok.

Then I can decide on mirror caps.

BTW I hate cleaning these wheels!

IND is amazing. The entire community loves their attention to detail and their ability to get their hands on hard to find OEM products. Using the OEM M Performance knob as a base, they made a custom alcantara shift knob for my most recent F82. The product turned out nicely. It was one of my favorite interior mods and I knew I wouldn't run across another one. I was sad to see it go when I sold my coupe.

I'm totally with you on the wheel cleaning. I have the 825's which I think are a little less busy than the 826's and they are still miserable.

So is that the hood Roundel that you changed? I've debated on that. It's a small thing, just getting rid of that silver ring around the edge, but it does seem like it might be a nice look. What do you think of it?

Does BMW still make an OEM carpeted mat? The last one I was able to purchase from BMW was on my 2008 E90 M3 - it was a high quality, black carpeted mat with the M3 logo embroidered on it. They don't list them anymore. I have been buying Lloyd's Luxe premium all black carpeted mats on my last M3 F80's and was going to do the same for my upcoming G80. No logos, all black thick carpet. I prefer to plastic trunk liner, just makes it look nicer and keeps things from sliding a bit. I never use the M for dirty projects, that's what the X5 is for.

IND is awesome. Top notch customer service, their packaging as you said is made to withstand anything, and their quality of products is superb. I've got a ton of things ordered from them in anticipation of my G80 arriving later this year.

My mat was the carpeted one you described. I carried it over from previous gen cars to my F8X's. I kept it in great condition. I sold it yesterday.

I've got the painted Roundels on my X3 currently and have ordered them for my incoming G80 as well. It is a small detail but definitely noticeable and is just another small item that helps differentiate your car from the others. Not that you don't already have that with the Enzian blue…

Do they bolt onto the stock fender-liners or are they replacing an existing part of the fender-liners?

Yup, you remove 3 plastic bolts, line it up, and then put the bolts back on. No trim removal necessary
