Star is not overrated, if you can get a star marked ps4s than get the star marked, but if you don’t have in your size than the non star marked is perfect. I don’t have any experience with pirellis.

Keep in mind, he was comparing star pilot super sports (pss) to non-star PS4S. Star PS4S are going to be the best of the best.

I changed my tires once I got new wheels and of course the 295 30 does not come in a star spec. I know its a difference however I don't track my car and drive my car somewhat daily. I don't miss the rocks kicking up on my car and it is a little quieter. Can't wait to see how they do this winter
