Slowly losing track of time delayed, and also slowly losing interest, all while lease interest goes up. If I can't get the original rate that I did a hard credit check for, put down a deposit for, and passed on GT500s for, there's a chance I could pass. Hellcats are calling my name. BMW, give me my car along with the rates I am entitled to. Cars ordered and built months after mine are already on the road while potentially costing their owners less interest than me if I don't get my damn rate.

Back in September. I've asked on here, and a couple of people said their dealers were able to secure their original rate despite losing their lock upon delivery recently. But my dealer, who I actually found on this forum, says they're going to try but "bmw is strict" about it. I want to have faith in them, but their responses are far from reassuring. I guess we'll see what happens, this is my first BMW so I'm hoping to find a dealer that I can keep going back and can trust to take care of me. Fingers crossed…

I asked my dealer if they could honor my rate lock which is due to expire 3/31 and they said that they've asked BMW on more than one occasion but BMW is unable to offer an extension. Hopefully you'll have better luck with yours.

My dealer said no, and the customer relations manager I was working with at BMW USA said I would have to contact BMW FS, and that it was doubtful.

Wonder what is the inconsistency with the responses. I know two people who have been successful. I hope you're able to somehow get your rate when yours arrives.

For those of you waiting I will say the wait was worth it. I finally picked mines up yesterday but drove only 20 miles to the PPF install shop. But for those 20 miles it felt special.

Hey guys the day has finally come, my car arrived today, I'm picking it up next week, but here are some shots, it's still dirty. But the fact that it was in qc for nearly 4 months it seems like it was stored inside. The pictures really don't do it justice , the full fjord leather looks unreal in person. I also won the tire lottery, got the Michelins , atleast a consolation price for all this wait

After the Awaiting Carrier delay (1 week for me), you'll move to the At Port delay (currently over 3 weeks for me) then 2-3 weeks of transit, to move into the stateside port delay... sigh.

Baltimore seems to be moving faster these day. Mine lasted 2 week in Bmore to close the stop sale to delivery.

I spent about 38 days in QC, now at Port for PH-->Idaho.

Not too bad.

Hope you all are also progressing.

My car is currently at 119 days in QC, stops sales seem to be cleared, but still in QC (crazy that yours is only 38 days in and out of QC though). I however, decided that given all that, it's still likely 2 months out, so I found and bought one that is already in the states, flying in to pick it up next week.

I've already asked my CA multiple times and each time they say BMW is unwilling to honor it so I'm holding out any hope and will go with PenFed.

Nice! Picking up speed.

Still in QC here. They must have run out of CID's.

I'm at the port! However the RAM issues are still not closed. Hopefully there is just a delay in updating the system.

Also, my dealer said they would honor the interest rates quoted when I applied for Financing in November.
