Just got the email I have a confirmed build slot (112 status) at Westmont for M3CX at MSRP

I actually ended up getting a build for a 992 C2 a few months back and just procrastinated pulling my M3 deposits. Hoping I can help someone else out, please get back to me ASAP I can put you in touch with my SA, planning on delivering the bad news sometime today

Anyone doing performance center delivery? Just emailed CA I bought my 240 from to say I was going to get on M3 list and do it and he said they are no longer able to do it. I see people doing it still and don't see anything on website.

So, whomever is on the Bill Jacobs Waitlist still, y'all should have moved up a spot. I requested my refund. Got an allocation out of state, have my production number and in 111 status currently.

Hey! Glad you finally have an allocation, now the real fun begins! Sorry things didn’t work out with Bill Jacobs, hopefully nothing unscrupulous is going on since I’m still getting my car from there…

It's all good, I ended up using a broker and just couldn't wait any longer. I had this same opportunity in October, but I was misled a little by Bill Jacobs at the time as I was told I am next and will most likely get it, but that never transpired in Oct, Nov or Dec.

Goooooood ol' South! AL; I have my logistics planned. Going to fly down to AL, Uber to the Dealer, drive a total of 600ish miles back up, but with a pit stop in Nashville. Bringing my wife with me, so it should be fun. I work from home mainly, so I don't see myself putting more than 4-5,000 miles on the car a year.

Many dealers will pick you up from the airport to the dealer. Not sure the total distance but maybe worth asking for a free ride

Mine will be picking me up from the airport

Sorry it never worked out here in Chiicago but the road trip should be a great memory with the car and cut down on some of those break in miles keep us updated!

If anyone is looking for an alternative, I run the ordering/list at Patrick BMW in Schaumburg. Currently have 9 in line for the M3 (any spec) and 2 for the G82 (actually have an open in 150).

MSRP, 1k deposit.

Which dealer? Some dealers don't want to offer it because it delays them getting another allocation since it adds 1+ month to the wait time. I'd go to a different dealer if you really want to do PCD.

Bill Jacobs. Which is disappointing since I did it with them less then 2 years ago. Also tried Patrick and they also said no. Ended up going with Milwaukee North. Estimate of Aug/Sep delivery

Well I believe it was Natalie I talked to and she said they don't anymore because of cost. Guessing they/she didn't want to deal with it. No biggie though. Milwaukee about 2 hr drive, will just make a day of it and visit breweries afterward

I don't think Bill Jacobs got any allocations this month for the second month in a row and November was 1 allocation only. I heard there were only 70-80 allocations for M3 that were dropped in January across US. Not sure if that is true or not, but heard that from a broker that I was having a conversation with.

But allocations are convertible within the chassis code. So an M3 Comp RWD allocation can be switched out for an M3 Comp xDrive or a base M3 6MT. Same for within the G82. But not between G80/82/83.

Now, some dealers won't actually do this for you, but the capability is there if they are willing to.
