Are there any current or previous M owners that have worked with good shops in the metro area? I don’t trust the service department at Motorwerks after my most recent fiasco and I’m looking to move my business elsewhere. I have a good relationship with Nūr Technik in Burnsville but they’ve mostly only done work on my Audi/VW/Porsche vehicles. I’ve also had them outsource wheel and cosmetic work to subpar shops in the past. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

BMW of Minnetonka has been great to me. For non-warranty work that I don't want to do myself, I only go to Orr Autosport.

For anything wheel repair related, Twin City Wheel Repair in White Bear Lake. Cosmetic work depends on the car, but I had a good experience at LaMettry's for my E92.

I have been to Minnetonka for the past seven years and pretty satisfied.
